Who I am

When you have to make responsible decisions under pressure, you do not need a theorist. You need someone who knows what real resistance feels like.

My approach combines the analytical depth of systemic coaching with the uncompromising directness of full-contact martial arts.

As a martial arts coach, I learned to look behind people's facades and bring out their best when they are close to giving up.

In management, I learned to remove what is unnecessary from operational processes in order to increase the productivity of departments.

I come from worlds where wrong decisions become visible immediately. Whether in the operational rhythm of hospitality, the structure of project management or at the limits of pressure in martial arts: anyone who loses their nerve under pressure loses control and risks defeat.

I am not a drill instructor. I observe, analyze and give the decisive impulse between rounds that turns the fight. At the right moments, I tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I am there for people who, in critical moments, need someone independent to sort the situation with them.

What does the ring teach us about reality – in business and in life?

My book “Vollkontakt – what martial arts teach about discipline, life and leadership” shows how the principles of the ring carry into every area of life. Chapters such as “Full contact requires full trust” and “Silent heroes: coaches, parents and leaders” make visible what it is really about.

In the book, I describe not only my personal path from difficult circumstances to my role as a coach, entrepreneur and father. I also share my insight that the real fight does not take place in the ring, but in daily life.

I use my own story to show how values such as respect, discipline and humility can be transferred to family and work. In doing so, I make the parallels between martial arts, modern leadership and responsible parenting visible. It is an invitation to take responsibility for yourself.

Your quarterly review: Every three months, we take a full day, consciously step away from daily business and look at your long-term goals.
Direct access & reliability: When a decision is urgent, you can reach me straightforwardly by phone or message. In addition, a weekly check-in keeps your important priorities on track.
Guidance by agreement: For important appointments, I can join as a silent observer on request and give you honest feedback afterwards on impact and subtext.
Trust & protected space: Everything remains confidential. During our collaboration, I do not support direct competitors. My focus is entirely on you.
